Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase from us. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, and to keep your account details, if you create an account, confidential.

Products, Pricing and Availability

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces colour faithfully. Product descriptions and measurements are supplied by the brand or by our distribution partners and may contain errors or omissions. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.

All items are subject to availability. Because stock is shared with our distribution partners, an item may sell out between your order being placed and being picked. If that happens we will contact you and refund the item in full. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to refuse any order.

Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we do not store your card details. If we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction we may cancel the order and refund it.

Authenticity

Every item we sell is guaranteed authentic and sourced through authorised distribution channels. We are not an authorised retailer of, and are not affiliated with, the brands we carry; brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the goods offered.

Shipping and Returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The layout, text and original photography on this site belong to us or to our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Brand imagery and product photography remain the property of the respective brands.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malicious code, to collect data about other users, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
